SQUISHIES.GR / BRAND GUIDELINES

A little squeeze
of happy.

A soft spot for the coolest little things.
A big personality in a tiny squeeze.

Original lilac axolotl, pink strawberry, yellow star and mint frog squishy characters floating togetherSMALL SQUISH.
BIG HAPPY.
DESIGNED IN GREECE. IMAGINED FOR EVERYWHERE.01 — THE HAPPY LITTLE UNIVERSE

01 / THE BIG LITTLE IDEA

Serious about
little moments of joy.

squishies.gr is a specialist world for squishy collectibles: new discoveries, irresistible personalities and clear product information. The ambition is global discovery with the warmth of your favourite local shop.

Our promise

A little squeeze of happy.

Our purpose

Make everyday moments a little more playful, one squish at a time.

Our people

Collectors, teens, gift buyers and grown-ups with a soft spot for cute things. Adults make purchases; each real toy carries its own age guidance.

Our position

A curated squishies-only destination in Greece, with international discoveries and thoughtful product information.

Joyful, never chaotic.Cool, never exclusive.Caring, never vague.Curious, always.

“Latest, safest, coolest” is the aspiration. “Safest” and product-specific claims must be supported before they appear in customer-facing copy.

02 / OUR HAPPY FACE

Say hello to Squish.

A smiling, softly imperfect flower is our little mark of happiness. Its puffy silhouette suggests a squish in your palm. Pair it with the lowercase wordmark for a friendly, recognisable signature.

PRIMARY LOCKUP / VIOLET ON CREAM
Cream Squishies.gr logo on violet
Standalone smiling flower mark

Give it room

Keep clear space equal to half the flower’s height on every side. Use the whole lockup in the website header and packaging. The flower alone works for the favicon, profile icon and small stickers.

Keep it happy

Minimum digital width: 150 px for the lockup, 24 px for the mark. Minimum print width: 35 mm and 8 mm respectively. Preserve proportions. Do not stretch, rotate the full lockup, add shadows, outline it or place it on busy photos.

Editable SVG wordmarks use Fredoka. Install the font and convert text to outlines for final print production. Trademark and domain clearance remain separate launch tasks.

03 / THE HAPPY PALETTE

Candy colours.
Strong personality.

Squish Carnival turns up the happy: electric yellow, bubblegum pink, vivid violet and bold ink outlines. Cream keeps the useful details calm. Click a swatch to copy its HEX code.

Colour balance

Use yellow for the party, pink for playful panels and violet for actions. Deep ink outlines and offset shadows give surfaces a sticker-like feel. Keep product photography true to colour.

Readable happiness

Body ink: #29204A. Use deep ink on yellow, pink, mint and cream; white on violet. Check text contrast and always pair stock colours with clear wording.

04 / WORDS WITH SOFTNESS

Clear at every size.

Use uppercase only for short labels. English display headings use Fredoka 600; Greek headings use Inter 800 for a confident, clear silhouette. Inter is the shared body and interface typeface in both languages. Use system sans-serif fallbacks and self-host approved fonts before launch.

05 / HOW WE SOUND

A playful friend.
With the useful details.

Warm, quick, curious and a little cheeky. We love a well-placed squish pun. We respect people’s time, wallets and need for clear answers.

SOUNDS LIKE US

“Meet your new squish crush.”

“A soft spot, saved.”

“A little room for happy.”

“Here are the materials and age guidance.”

SKIP THE SQUEEZE

“You NEED this before it sells out!!!”

“Guaranteed to cure your anxiety.”

“100% safe for everyone.”

“The world’s safest squishy.”

Play in the right places

Use delight in headlines, product introductions, empty states and confirmations. Keep checkout, delivery, returns, privacy, warnings and support direct and factual.

Little details matter

Write squishies.gr in lowercase. Use “squishies” for products and “squish” for the action. Show euro prices consistently. Use emoji sparingly; the meaning must remain clear without them.

EXAMPLE / PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Berry Bestie

A berry good mood. A sweet little character with a smile that’s hard to put down.

Pair personality-led copy with verified product specifications and warnings.

06 / OUR VISUAL WORLD

You can almost
feel the squish.

Original Squishies.gr character concept photography

Photography

Soft studio light, true-to-product colour, a visible tactile surface and gentle contact shadows. Use one pastel stage per product. Show scale, packaging and more than one angle for actual catalogue items.

Character & decoration

Keep characters simple: round silhouettes, tiny eyes, a small smile, rosy cheeks. Add four-point sparks, wavy underlines and flower stamps sparingly. Decorative elements support the product, never hide it.

The four characters are original concept artwork generated with AI. They are not photographs of available stock. Replace product imagery with accurate photography when suppliers are chosen. Do not use unrelated copyrighted characters.

VISUAL DIRECTION / COLLECTIBLE JOY

Squish Carnival uses a dotted yellow stage, an oversized pink sticker headline, chunky ink outlines and offset shadows. Keep stamps clear of faces and actions. Real product photos lead the shop; original characters belong to the Lab and games.

07 / HOW HAPPY FEELS

Playful by choice.
Easy by default.

Find your new favourite ↗☁ Slow risersAll the good stuff

Shape & spacing

Use an 8 px spacing rhythm. Cards and panels use 18–24 px corners, 2–3 px ink outlines and 4–7 px offset shadows. Buttons use rounded rectangles. Keep product grids aligned and touch controls at least 44 px.

Motion with meaning

Product images compress on hold, then rebound in 1.1 seconds; the star bounces back in 0.45 seconds. Keep details on a separate labelled button. The Lab rises over 0.8 or 3 seconds. Reduced motion replaces the bounce with a static highlight. Sound effects start off, remember an explicit choice and play only after an action. Always provide a visible mute switch.

Features that belong

Texture and rise-time discovery, quick product view, favourites, preview bag, a three-question mood finder and a press-and-hold Squish Lab. Keep the shopping route visible alongside the play.

Navigation with personality

Use a sticky, single-row header. Shop opens an illustrated collection menu with search and direct routes to favourites, the Lab, the finder and our world. On mobile, use a labelled menu button and a drawer. Support Escape, visible focus and focus return. Category selection clears stale search terms and shows the matching collection.

Product pages with clarity

Give each real product a shareable page with large supplier photos, a gallery and an optional digital squish effect. Keep materials, age and warnings visible. Missing fields stay pending. Packaging measurements never become physical toy size.

A happy, honest checkout

Keep the bag easy to edit: large quantity controls, individual line totals and an undo for removals. Checkout uses three guest steps with a persistent item summary. Greek is the default and switching language keeps the tab’s demo draft. Show delivery and taxes as pending until configured. The preview requests no card details and creates no order; finishing clears the demo contact and address draft.

Search with a soft touch

Keep search visible, with result counts, removable chips and a mobile drawer for texture, size and age. Browse playful availability collections instead of supplier brands. Preserve choices across languages; unknown details stay pending.

Stock with personality

Green means ready to squish; orange means the last few. Violet marks confirmed arrivals. Hide unavailable items unless the catalogue supplies a valid restock date for today or later, or the current or a later month. Never publish exact quantities or invent dates.

Inclusive interaction

Keep visible keyboard focus and labelled controls. Do not hide essential actions behind hover. Use semantic headings and dialogs, meaningful image descriptions, and touch targets of at least 44 px in final production.

PACKAGING / CONCEPT

The unboxing moment

Start with a cream or natural box, violet signature and one joyful pink or butter sticker. Add a product-specific care card. Keep supplier labels, warnings and traceability information visible.

Social & new drops

Use 1:1 product portraits and 4:5 discovery stories. One product, one headline, one action. Show real rise-time video when available. No invented reviews, stock countdowns or scarcity.

09 / READY FOR REAL LIFE

Confirm the details.
